Licensed General Contractor, Realtor, Developer and University of Southern California Marshall School of Business alumnus. Ethan founded Silver Rock Development, Inc. in 2018 after identifying a need for well-designed, affordable homes in Southern California.
Caroline Mezrahi
Co-Founder & CFO
Over twenty-five years of experience in human resources, finance and real estate investments. Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with background in banking.
Gregory Dempsey
Vice President of Construction
Over twenty years in the building industry from residential to commercial projects and has been in construction management the last 10+ years. Formerly with Frontier Communities and KB Homes.​
Justin Lavoie
Project Coordinator / Marketing Manager
Fourteen years of experience in real estate operations and marketing with Sotheby’s International Realty. Masters in Communications with a background in marketing and interior design.
Kyle Mezrahi
Sustainability Specialist
Highly Skilled in environmental and urban planning, real estate, property management, and sustainable off-grid living. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and a Certificate in Permaculture Design.
