Ethan, a licensed General Contractor and Developer, is a proud alumnus of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. With a keen eye for detail and design, he leads Silver Rock Development, Inc., a premier homebuilding company specializing in all types of residential construction, from custom homes to large-scale developments. Since founding the company in 2018, Ethan has been committed to delivering quality craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence throughout Southern California.
Caroline Mezrahi
Co-Founder & CFO
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, finance, and real estate investments, Caroline brings a well-rounded skill set to every project. Holding a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a background in banking, she has developed a deep understanding of financial management, organizational strategy, and talent development. Her expertise spans workforce planning, investment analysis, and operational efficiency, making her an invaluable asset in driving business growth and success.
Gregory Dempsey
Vice President of Construction
With over 20 years in the building industry, Gregory has worked across residential and commercial construction, specializing in construction management for the past decade. He has held leadership roles at Frontier Communities and KB Home, overseeing large-scale developments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. His expertise in project coordination and team leadership ensures seamless execution from start to finish.
Justin Lavoie
Purchasing Agent
With 14 years of experience in real estate operations and marketing at Sotheby’s International Realty, Justin brings a strategic and creative approach to every project. He holds a Master’s degree in Communications and has a background in marketing and interior design, allowing him to blend market expertise with a keen eye for aesthetics.
